Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Zones

We currently ship nationwide across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Carriers

Orders are dispatched via Aramex, SMSA, and Saudi Post.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Standard shipping: dispatched within 1–3 business days
• Express shipping: 1–2 business days

4. Shipping Fees

Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over SAR 400. Orders below this threshold, and all express orders, are charged the flat shipping rate shown at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by SMS/WhatsApp and can track your order at any time via Track Order.

6. Delays & Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right — with a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
