Returns & Refunds

1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in line with Saudi consumer protection regulations, on unworn items with original packaging and the number tag intact.

2. Eligibility

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• Original packaging and numbered tag must be attached
• Limited/numbered pieces marked final sale at checkout are not eligible for return

3. How to Start a Return

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number, or start the request from your account order history — see Contact below.

4. Refund Method & Timing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we refund your original payment method (or process a Cash on Delivery refund via bank transfer). Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of inspection.

5. Exchanges

Need a different size? Let us know when you start your return and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability of the size you need.

6. Return Shipping

For faulty or incorrectly shipped items, return shipping is on us. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise. We'll confirm pickup or drop-off details when you start your return.
